Frequently Asked Questions

What's the typical delivery time to Europe?

It depends on the shipping mode. By sea (refrigerated container), the Brazil–Europe route takes on average 3 to 5 weeks, including transit and customs clearance. By air — recommended for smaller volumes or urgent orders — the product arrives within a few days. In your quote, we present both options with real lead times and costs for your destination.

Is there a minimum order volume?

We work with everything from consolidated cargo (pallets in a shared container) to full containers. The minimum viable volume depends on the product and destination — generally, the larger the volume, the better the cost per kilo. Tell us what you need and we'll present the format that fits your operation's size.

How is the cold chain guaranteed?

Açaí pulp travels frozen (-18°C or lower) from processing in Brazil all the way to your destination, in refrigerated containers/packaging with temperature monitoring. Our team is trained in logistics and certified in cargo transport — cold-chain monitoring is part of our intermediation, not outsourced at random.

What certifications do the suppliers hold?

We work only with producers and exporters licensed for export, with Brazilian sanitary registration and good manufacturing practices. The documentation required by the European Union accompanies every shipment, and each supplier's specific certifications (organic, among others) are presented in the quote.

How does the intermediation work? Who issues the invoice?

The sale is closed directly between you and the Brazilian supplier — the invoice comes from the exporter, with no hidden markup. Our compensation is an intermediation commission agreed transparently upfront. Our role: selecting the right supplier, negotiating terms, following up on documentation, shipping and delivery, and being your point of contact in your language throughout the whole operation.

What languages can I be served in?

We serve directly in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and support communication in French and German. You talk in your own language with someone who knows both ends: the European market and the origin in the Amazon.
